Mindful Vinyasa combines movement and breath in a conscious flow, bringing energy, warmth, and awareness to the body and mind. This class is mobile and fluid in nature, and suitable for moderate practitioners.

Cultivate balance, flexibility  and strength with this class, specifically designed for those who love running, cycling, and other athletic endeavors. Yoga is a perfect compliment to your training or exercise routine, with its emphasis on breathing, mental focus, and well-balanced physical postures. Moderate experience with yoga is recommended for this class. 

RESTORATIVE YOGA

This class is designed to help you relax and unwind. Restorative Yoga utilizes bolsters, blankets and other yoga props to fully support the body in gentle and passive postures. Allow tension and stress to melt away. This class is restful in nature and suitable for all levels.

Rebalance your spine with this gentle practice. These movements are designed to strengthen the postural muscles, relieve tension, and increase mobility in the spine. This class is relaxing in nature, and suitable for all levels.

This class is a wonderful way to find peace and energy from the inside out. Work with yoga, breath, and meditation to bring awareness to your body and mind, cultivate stability and flexibility, and release tension. This class is gentle in nature and suitable to all levels. 

CHAIR YOGA

Chair Yoga is a gentle, supportive form of yoga for all levels. It is practiced seated or using a chair for support while standing; it includes asanas, pranayama breathing exercises, and relaxation.  The support of the chair allows the yogi to hold and explore the pose longer to improve balance, strengthen muscles, increase range of motion and flexibility, and release tension. 

This practice is ideal for those wishing to gain benefits of yoga but have limited mobility, recovering from injury, those with difficulty getting up and down from the floor, or health issues such as: hypertension, anxiety, chronic fatigue syndrome, arthritis, vertigo, multiple sclerosis, osteoporosis, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic pain, or stroke.

SHOULDERS, NECK

& UPPER BACK

Relieve stress in the shoulders and neck.  Improve flexibility and strengthen the entire shoulder complex.  Learn how to use the shoulders appropriately in your Yoga poses to maintain the integrity of the joint.  Gain a deeper understanding as you explore the relationship between the shoulders and hips.  Relieve stress, unload the burden, revive your upper torso.  Walk taller, feel lighter and leave with a smile.

HAPPY HIPS

This one of a kind hip sequence will improve your sense of overall health as you increase mobility, flexibility, and stability in the hips: the epicenter of the body. Open, strengthen, and re-align the hips in order to reduce stiffness and prevent degeneration of the hip joint, address arthritic changes in your body safely, and overcome back pain. This practice is ideal for those who sit often, as well as runners and cyclists.
